postpartum mental health and how to Get help
May is Maternal Mental Health month and for me I am
hey + welcome!
A birth experience can be hours, but postpartum can last months, So why do we spend so much time planning for the birth with little time on a postpartum plan. Have you recently given birth and feeling lost? Are you a mama to be and wondering what the fourth trimester holds? Let me help you flourish postpartum. I’m available for in-person postpartum doula support in the Lower Mainland (including, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Squamish, Vancouver) and virtually anywhere!

Lets get started
After not preparing for the fourth trimester, advocating for myself or having the support I needed, I became a Postpartum Doula so I could help other mamas move into this season with confidence, support and and a postpartum plan.
